Hotel Accommodations

We have reserved suites for you at Wyndham Valley Forge Suites. To make your reservations, please follow these steps:
  1. Dial 610-647-6700 between the hours of 8:00AM-6:00PM, Monday through Friday.
  2. Ask for Reservations and please identify yourself with the American Accordion Musicological Society.
  3. State your date of arrival and type of accommodations that you desire; the group rate is $85.00 single or double occupancy, plus 8% sales tax= $91.80. Please make your reservations by February 12, 2005 to guarantee the rate and availability. Any reservations received after this date will be honored on a space available basis at the prevailing corporate rate.
  4. Please have a credit card available to guarantee your room. In lieu of a credit card, you may send an advance deposit of one night's room rate plus tax.
  5. Our check-in time is 3:00PM; checkout time is 12 noon.
  6. Should you depart earlier than your anticipated checkout date, you will be charged 50% of the daily room rate.
  7. Special requests are handled on an individual basis and must be indicated when placing your reservation.
